The Imperial Court of All Alaska College of Emperors and Empresses (ICOAA) is pleased to open the 2008 ICOAA Scholarship Program. Scholarship awards are granted for the 2008/2009 academic year. Awards are based on economic need, scholastic achievement, leadership ability and contributions to the Lesbian/Gay community. Application is offered to Alaska residents with preference given to members of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Allied (GLBTA) community.
